Keystone Expands Market Research Team

Keystone Market Research is delighted to announce the latest addition to its team, Kelsey Vineham. Following the successful launch of the business in mid-April 2023, the demand for Keystone's reliable and tailored research services, catering to the niche market of fenestration, has been incredible, leading to the decision to bring Kelsey on board.

Charlotte Hawkes, Founder and Director of Keystone Market Research, expressed her excitement about the new addition to the team, saying, "From the very beginning, I’ve been committed to offering exceptional market research services to the fenestration industry through Keystone, but I didn’t anticipate the level of support required for bespoke projects would grow so quickly. Thank you so much to everyone who’s been in touch and trusted me with their initiatives. Kelsey's expertise and passion for delivering accurate insightful results aligns perfectly with Keystone and has already made her an invaluable asset to the team, allowing us to deliver bespoke research services to our growing customer-base while still maintaining time to focus on our own in-house research reports on the fenestration market."

Kelsey brings a wealth of experience in market research across various sectors. She graduated with a 2:1 degree in Fashion Design from Walsall College in 2019, and found her appreciation for market research during her studies while undertaking research and finding data-driven insights for her dissertation. Her career then took her through roles as an International Fashion Researcher, involving travels to diverse destinations such as Slovenia, Poland, India, and Dubai. The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic prompted Kelsey to explore freelance opportunities in market research, where she’s excelled in projects spanning the fashion, food, insurance, and banking sectors.

Kelsey shared her enthusiasm for market research, stating, "What I love about market research is its versatility and the constant learning. It's about uncovering valuable data and insights that drive decision-making. I’ve had a great career in research so far - spending hours in shops, not only in the UK but abroad too, was a 19-year-old’s dream! Now, working with Keystone and focusing on the fenestration industry is particularly exciting for me because there’s so much potential."

Kelsey's early collaborations with Keystone have been nothing short of positive. Kelsey continues, "After meeting Charlotte in May, her knowledge of the glazing industry and her dedication to founding Keystone Market Research were evident immediately. While I'm relatively new to the sector, I'm keen to learn and contribute to the company's work. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the projects so far and I look forward to contributing to more research as part of Charlotte’s team in future."

If you have any data-driven projects that could benefit from an extra pair of experienced hands, Keystone is ready and waiting to help. Whether it's data analysis, bespoke employee or customer survey fulfilment, or comprehensive market research we can deliver timely, accurate and actionable results.
